linux: the aarch64 defconfig also needs host-openssl

This commit extends 5dae966a30 ("linux:
select BR2_LINUX_KERNEL_NEEDS_HOST_OPENSSL when needed") to also cover
the aarch64 architecture, whose kernel defconfig also needs
host-openssl.
