Currently, both BR2_TARGET_ROOTFS_EROFS_ALL_FRAGMENTS and
BR2_TARGET_ROOTFS_EROFS_FRAGMENTS have the same Kconfig prompt, making
them hard to distinguish.
Reword the one for -Eall-fragments to be distinct.
