the CSharp Extension was removed in grcp 1.47.0 [0] and the option in the CMakeLists was dropped in 1.58.0 [1], which means that it is no longer relevant since Buildroot commit91d1207de0, which bumped grpc from 1.51.1 to 1.66.1. So remove this option for host-grpc as well.
