Thomas Perale 7be8dd89ce package/avrdude: remove 0001 patch ...

This reverts commit dd4299e87a.

The SWIG implementation is not present on version 7.2 avaiable on
2025.02.x. It was introduced in version 8.0 of avrdude [1].
